Dr. Plotsky graduated from George Washington University Medical School in 1986 and completed his residency in internal medicine through the University of Pittsburgh in 1989. Dr. Plotsky is board certified in Internal Medicine and has practiced primary care medicine in Montgomery County for over 20 years.

Dr.Tagore graduated from the Temple University School of Medicine and the Department of Health Education with a combined MD/MPH degree in 2004. Dr.Tagore then trained at Georgetown University Hospital and completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2007. He is board certified in internal medicine. Dr.Tagore has spent time practicing medicine abroad in underserved regions of the world and has spent several years practicing hospital-based medicine prior to transitioning to primary care with Plotsky Medical Associates.
Ezhili Arumani, MD
Dr.Arumani graduated from Madras medical college in 1995 and completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign in 2000. She is a board certified internist with 20 years of experience. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She also has experience working in a home based primary care setting. She believes in holistic medicine and preventive care.
Dr. Jin Kang, MD
Dr. Kang is a board certified physician in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). She was awarded the Degree of Fellow by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). She received her undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and earned her Medical Doctorate (MD) degree from Albany Medical College in New York. She completed an Ob/Gyn residency at Boston University Medical Center and completed her Family Medicine residency at Georgetown University Hospital. Currently, she is a Georgetown University Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Kang has served as a Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, Maryland.
Annemarie Zabbara, MPAS, PA-C
Annemarie graduated from Towson University with a BS in Biology/ Pre-Medicine. She went to Chatham University Physician Assistant Program in Pittsburgh and graduated with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2003. As a Physician Assistant, Annemarie worked for 3 years in an Internal Medicine practice on Long Island, NY. After moving back to the DC area, she worked for 3 years in a busy Internal Medicine practice in Bethesda, Maryland. She worked as a Physician Assistant at the Center for Sleep & Wake Disorders from 2010-2015 and has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at The George Washington University Physician Assistant Program teaching the Clinical Skills Laboratory since 2008.

Paul Thorn received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in 1993. He graduated in 2003 from George Washington University’s Physician Assistant Program with a Master of Science in Health Sciences. Paul is a board-certified physician assistant and has been in practice since 2004.

Jessica graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre PA with a BS in Physician Assistant Studies. After working in Pennsylvania for 11 years, she moved to Maryland and worked in a busy Internal Medicine practice in Bethesda for over 6 years. Jessica worked as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Drexel University PA program from 2008-2009. Jessica is a board certified Physician Assistant and has been in practice since 1999.
