Schedule Appointment Online

PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT: IF THIS IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.

Plotsky Medical Associates provides the option for both new and existing patients to schedule appointments online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please be aware that only certain appointment types are available for online scheduling.

SAME DAY: For same day appointments, please contact our office at 301-330-0661 to arrange an appointment.

EMERGENCY ROOM FOLLOW-UPS: Please contact our office at 301-330-0661 to schedule an appointment. Please do not attempt to schedule another appointment type if you are needing an emergency room follow-up. Doing so will result in your appointment being cancelled.

PHYSICALS: Kindly contact our office at 301-330-0661 to arrange an appointment. Please do not attempt to schedule another appointment type if you are needing an annual physical. Doing so will result in your appointment being cancelled.

NEW PATIENTS: New patients are required to schedule an in-office appointment with a healthcare provider.

TELEMEDICINE: To schedule a telemedicine appointment, please select the “Reason for Visit” option and specify your preferred method of receiving the appointment link (via text or email). Please note that the appointment link will be sent to you at the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us prior to the appointment time for the link.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To ensure efficient service for all our patients, Plotsky Medical Associates requires all appointment cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

We have select appointments available for online booking. To schedule your appointment, click the “Book Now” button below. If the appointment you require is not listed, please contact our office directly to arrange your appointment.

For Existing Patients: After clicking the Book Now button, select the ‘Existing Patient’ option to log into your patient portal. If you haven’t registered before, you can self-register for an account, or reset your password if necessary. Once logged in, select ‘Appointments’ to book your visit. Please refrain from using the ‘New Patient’ option as it may prevent booking due to duplicate accounts. Additionally, you have the option to upload any extra medical records as needed.

For New Patients: Fill in the necessary demographic and insurance information. To streamline your check-in process, upload a copy of both the front and back of your insurance card(s) in the provided field. You also have the option to upload any additional medical records as required.
